Seller form

Buylists

We have curated buylists of desirable/popular items that we buy at a high price. If you have any of these items, simply submit our seller form, pack your items in a box with proof of ID, ship them off, and then get paid!

We buy collections!

If you have a collection for sale that includes items or types of items not covered by our buylists, feel free to get in touch. We can negotiate a price up front and buy it as a single lot. There is a minimum transaction value of around 10,000 yen. We also welcome offers from stores and dealers.

Contact us through our regular contact form, and include the following. You only need to submit the seller form if we can agree on a price.
・Estimated total value of the collection
・Your desired price
・The number of items
・A list of notable items in the collection
・Information on condition

Fees

 We do not charge any fees. We will cover the cost of the bank transfer.

Proof of ID

In line with Japanese law, depending on what you are selling and the price, you may need to provide proof of ID. Proof of ID is required in the following cases:
1. The transaction value is 10,000 yen or more
2. The transaction includes video games, books, music, or videos

If proof of ID is required, obtain a Certificate of Residence (jyuminhyo 住民票) from your local convenience store, etc., and enclose it with your items. Only information on the seller is required.
Requirements:
-The name on the document must match the name on the bank account.
-The document must have been issued within the past 3 months.
-The document does not show your My Number.
-Cannot be a copy of the certificate.

You do not need to provide proof of ID a second time. After the first transaction, we will assign you a username and password. Use them to login, and submit the seller form on this page. If you forget your login information or if your name or address changes, then you may have to provide proof of ID again.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. You can ship using the method of your choice. Please let us know the tracking number, if possible.

If you want to save money on shipping costs, you can drop the items off at our office. In this case you don't need a Certificate of Residence, but you will still need to provide a driver's license or other form of ID. An appointment is required. Please email us to set up a date/time. Once you drop off your items, note that the transaction will be the same as it is for customers who mailed their items (we will pay via bank transfer).

FAQ

Q:　How long does it take to appraise the items?
A:　It varies according to the number of items and orders. We will give you a time frame. During busy periods, it could take around a week.

Q:　When will you pay for the items?
A:　We will pay within 3 banking days of completing the appraisal or, in the case of a collection, receiving the items.

Q:　Can I sell to you if I am under 18?
A:　High school students and persons under age 18 cannot use our service.

Trading card specific FAQ:

Q:　Do you buy normal cards?
A:　Sometimes. We usually don't buy normal cards unless they are from rare or obscure TCGs.

Q:　Do I need to remove the cards from sleeves?
A:　You can keep the cards in sleeves. It will not have any effect on the price. Note that we don't pay extra for the sleeves.

Q:　Do I need to sort my cards?
A:　Any cards that you want appraised individually must be sorted by game and rarity. Unsorted cards will be priced at a bulk rate.
